All of us = each and every one of us including rough edges. We come from different nations and speak a total of 18 different languages. At the same time we appreciate open and direct communication.
We maintain a clear "Duz" culture and work together in flat hierarchies. For the daily exchange of information, we use the most modern communication channels such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Office 365 and SharePoint.
The latest technologies such as Azure Cloud and Power BI reflect our modern and data-driven work philosophy. Our joint exchange takes place not only in the context of daily work, but also over lunch in the in-house canteen - free of charge for you, of course - or over an espresso.
We cultivate networking and team building at our regular events such as afterworks, individual team events or our summer/Christmas party.
