Team BAM – Business Application Management

The Business Application Management department has the functional and technical responsibility for AXRO's entire system landscape. Our experts in this area focus in particular on the proactive further development of existing systems and processes as well as the evaluation and introduction of new technologies, products and functionalities for AXRO. Our main projects include the introduction of a new ERP system and product information management (PIM) as well as the redevelopment of our webshop and the company-wide introduction of robot process automation

Our team has extensive experience in the management and implementation of projects, a strong understanding of data and a basic technical understanding of digital data exchange, as well as a very good understanding of processes and their translation into technical processes. Our internal customers are the focus of our actions. With our transparent and appreciative communication, we build the bridge between the specialist department and IT / systems and are the first point of contact for the specialist department with questions about systems, processes and automation.
