General

Just fill out our new customer form and we’ll take care of the rest. Our team will process your registration as quickly as possible and then send your personal access data to your online shop account.

You can only order from us as a registered customer. You can register as quickly and uncomplicated as possible via our new customer form.

You can also order by telephone or e-mail with our sales team.

The minimum order or minimum shipping value can vary; depending on the delivery address, for example. As a logged in customer, the shopping cart shows you the order value at which your goods will be delivered free of charge. For additional information, please contact our sales team.

Online Shop

In order to see our prices, you have to log in to the online shop with your personal access data. If you don’t have any access data, register in just a few steps using our new customer form.

Yes; we offer our item number import function to you for this purpose. In your customer dashboard, you can use the menu item “Import Item Numbers” on the top-left to upload a CSV file with multiple item numbers.

Yes, you can order items that are not in stock, and we’ll send your items as soon as they become available again. The current status of the items is provided on your customer dashboard under “Orders > Back orders“.

My orders, deliveries and profile data

Log in to the online shop with your credentials. Your personal customer dashboard displays all of the most important information about your orders. The menu item “Orders > Purchase orders“ offers more details.

If the goods you’ve ordered from us are in stock, you’ll normally receive your goods within Germany within 24 to 48 hours. For information about delivery times in other countries, please contact your customer advisor.

If your order and payment are received before 2:30 am (CET), your items will be sent the same day.

Log in to the online shop with your credentials. In the menu item “Orders > Deliveries”, you’ll find all information about your deliveries.

If you would like to cancel individual items or a complete order, then please contact our sales team.

German customers have the option to change their address or add another delivery address in the menu item “Delivery Addresses”. International customers can ask to add an additional delivery address by contacting their customer advisor.

To change your invoice address, please contact our sales team or use our contact form.

Payment conditions, invoices and credits

We currently offer the following payment options: Pre-payment, SEPA debit, or on account (credit check required).

Shipping costs may vary, depending on the destination country. When logged in as a customer, the shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart, and you can see at which order value shipping costs will be free of charge to you. For more information, please call your sales contact or use our contact form.

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we’ll take care of your credit as quickly as possible.

Complaints

Just use our RMA form in this case. Please keep your customer number and your invoicing/delivery slip number ready.

Log in to the online shop with your credentials. In your customer dashboard, you can use the menu item “RMA form” to notify us about an incorrect delivery without an invoice number. Alternatively, please contact our sales team.
